离子导入清金逐瘀方对COPD的作用机制及临床疗效 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨清金逐瘀方离子导入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的作用机制及临床疗效。方法选取COPD患者130例,按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组加用离子导入清金逐瘀方,治疗两周后对比两组肺功能指标、血气分析指标及血生化指标。结果治疗后,观察组呼气肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、FEV_1%增加程度明显高于对照组,动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)较对照组改善更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞计数、降钙素原、血浆粘度下降程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清金逐瘀方离子导入有效减轻炎症反应,降低血液粘滞度,增加患者PaO_2,降低PaCO_2,能改善COPD患者肺功能,达到更加明显的治疗效果。 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Qingjin Zhuyu decoction iontophoresis on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD). Methods 130 cases of COPD patients from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomized into the experimental group(n=65) and the control group(n=65).The control group was given the conventional Western medicine treatment, and on this basis the experimental group was added with the self-designed Qingjin Zhuyu decoction via computerized iontophoresis therapy. After 2 weeks treatment, the improvements of pulmonary function, blood gas analysis and blood biochemical index were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 weeks treatment, the indexes of FVC,FEV_1,FEV_1%,etc. in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. PaO_2,PaCO_2, pH, WBC, PCT and plasma viscosity after treatment in the experimental groups were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Based on the conventional Western medicine treatment, self-designed Qingjin Zhuyu decoction via iontophoresis can relieve the inflammatory reactions and plasma viscosity, increase the pressure of oxygen, and reduce the pressure of carbon dioxide. It can significantly improve the pulmonary function, and obtain obvious effect.
