摘要
电气设备用矿物绝缘油不可避免含有腐蚀性硫,易与铜银结合产生金属腐蚀,导致设备故障,由于此类故障尚没有有效的手段来监控,往往导致突发性设备故障,危害极大。为此,有必要研究针对油中腐蚀性硫的检测与控制技术,保障设备安全稳定运行。此文综述了现行国家和行业标准规定的油中腐蚀性硫的实验室定性检测方法,对定量分析检测技术研究进展和研究方向进行了探讨。
The mineral insulating oil for electrical equipment always contains corrosive sulfur,which is likely to produce metal corrosion because of combining with copper and silver and lead to equipment faults. Since there are no effective methods to monitor such breakdowns ,it may cause unexpected equipment failures and bring great harm. As a result,it is necessary to study check and control technology for the corrosive sulfur in oil and ensure stable operation of the device. This paper reviews the qualitative methods of corrosive sulfur in oil in the current national and industry standards and discusses the research progress and direction of quantitative analysis detection technology.
