摘要
针对600MW直接空冷机组空冷凝汽器的典型结构,建立了安装风机模型的空冷单元冷却空气流动过程的物理数学模型。通过CFD模拟获得了空冷单元的空气流场,分析了空冷单元空气流场的变化规律。结果表明:空气在空冷单元翅片管间的流量分配是极不均匀的,同时相邻空冷单元之间的流场是相互影响的。
The physical and mathematical model of air cooling unit cooling air flow process in installing wind turbine model is built up with aiming at the typical structure of 600MW direct air cooling unit's air-cooling condenser. In this paper,the author gains the air flow field of air-cooling field by CFD simulation and analyzes its change rule. The results show that the flow distribution of air in air-cooling unit's finned tube is extremely uneven and the adjacent air-cooling units are interactional.
