我国保安素质的现状与完善——以我国公安素质为借鉴

The Present Situation and Improvement of Security Personnel Quality

保安行业在改革初期的发展曾一度顺风顺水,但是随着改革的不断深入,中国经济飞速增长,保安行业的发展却停滞不前。尤其是我国保安素质广受民众诟病——法律知识匮乏、文化程度低、专业技能欠缺。公安机关是保安的上级指导机关,其与保安共同承担维护社会治安的任务。本文论证了公安与保安的关系,公安与保安的素质状况,以公安队伍素质在改革开放后有了显著提升的经验为借鉴,完善提升我国的保安素质。

Once at the beginning of the reform of the security industry developed well, but with the deepening of the reform and China’s rapid economic growth, the development of the security industry is stagnating. Especially,the quality of security personnel in our country is widely criticized by the public--lack of legal knowledge, low educational level and lack of professional skills. Public security organs is supervising security personnel and sharing the task of maintaining social order. The relation between police officers and security personnel, quality status of police officers and security personnel are demonstrated in this article, and the significantly improved quality of public security troops provides good references for the development of the quality of security personnel.
