本文通过对目前飙车行为的现状及相关案例进行简要介绍,分析飙车行为对驾驶人、他人和社会的危害,总结出飙车行为日趋增多的原因,并结合现有的相关法律法规,对如何有效地惩处和遏制飙车行为提出应对办法,以此维护正常的道路交通秩序,保障公民的生命及财产安全。

This paper briefly introduces the current status of drag racing and relevant cases, analyzes the harm of drag racing behavior to drivers, others and society, sums up the reasons for racing behavior, combines with the existing relevant laws and regulations, and proposes corresponding measures to maintain the normal traffic order, to safeguard the citizen’s life and property by effectively punishing and curbing drag racing.
