Investigation on the Perceptual Prediction Characteristics of Excellent Traffic Police

为了更好的获得优秀交通警察知觉预测典型的注意特征,培养交通警察对典型特征和不一致行为和事件的注意养成,提高交通警察执法的快速准确性和安全性。本研究采用文献资料法、访谈调查法和实验法测试不同技能水平交警的知觉预测能力差异。研究发现专家和新手交警知觉预测测试时具有明显差异,专家交警知觉预测能力明显较新手高,这可能是由于长期的实践积累和经验教训使得专家交警多以日常观察习得中不一致的事件和行为为注意特征,新手由于经验匮乏所以多以通报或群众举报的情报为最常用的注意特征。

In order to better obtain typical characteristics of excellent traffic police in perceptual prediction, to cultivate the habit of being alert to typical features, inconsistent behaviors and events, to enhance the accuracy and safety of traffic police enforcement, this study tests the perception ability of traffic police with different skill levels by adopting the method of literature, interview and experiment. The test shows obvious difference in perceptual prediction between expert and novice police. The ability of perceptual prediction of expert police is significantly higher than that of the novice. It is likely that expert police is alter to inconsistent behaviors and events due to the long-term accumulation of practice and experience, while the novice is alter to information or intelligence reported by the masses due to the lack of experience.
