A Study on the New Development of Grassroots CPC Construction in Public Security Universities and Colleges

基层党建工作是公安院校党建工作的重要组成部分,加强公安院校基层党建工作对提高公安院校整体办学水平具有重要意义,但在新形势下,公安院校基层党建工作中还存在教育功能、服务功能、引导功能、管理功能发挥不充分现象,本文以"创新发展"为视角,从思想教育模式、党建工作理念、党建工作载体、党建制度体系四个方面,探讨完善公安院校基层党建工作的路径,从而推动基层党建工作达到更高标准和要求。

Grassroots CPC Construction is an important part of CPC Construction in Public Security Universities and Colleges. It is of great significance to the instruction level as a whole in public Security Universities and Colleges. Under new circumstances, however, grassroots CPC Construction does not play an adequate role as a tool of education, guidance, service and management in Public Security Universities and Colleges. Employing innovative development as its perspective, this thesis concerns four parts grassroots CPC construction in public security universities and colleges- the pattern of ideological instruction, the concept on CPC construction,the carriers of CPC construction, the regulative system of CPC construction- and analyzes how to improve the work of grassroots CPC construction so that it can live up to higher standards and requirements.
