Ethical Reflection on “Surrogate”

"代孕"问题是当今社会伦理学研究的重难点问题。原有的人类社会伦理观念因"代孕"出现受到了巨大冲击。"代孕"问题的积极作用与消极作用此消彼长,反对"代孕"与支持"代孕"的理由也是伯仲难辨。因此,亟需从生命伦理视角对此予以客观公正的评价和引导。从"代孕"概念着手,透视"代孕"与借腹生子的伦理区别,阐述反对与支持"代孕"的理由,在此基础上对"代孕"的伦理价值进行深入思考,据此规范"代孕"行为,尽可能规避其消极作用,促使其健康发展。

Surrogacy is an important problem in the study of social ethics.The original concept of ethics has been greatly impacted because of the emergence of the surrogacy.Surrogacy has both positive effect and negative effect and there exist both argument for and argument against surrogacy.Therefore,it is urgent to give an objective and fair assessment of surrogacy from the perspective of life ethics.In terms of surrogacy,we should study the difference between surrogacy and baby delivery by a sworn-mother,analyze argument for and against surrogacy and ponder deeply over the problem.Therefore,we can standardize surrogacy,avoid its negative effects as far as possible and promote its healthy development.
