摘要
目的:建立21世纪初期中国年轻成人正常软硬组织X线头影测量正常值标准。方法:选取72名正常学生(21.76±2.46岁,男37名,女35名)作为研究样本,在头颅定位仪的严格定位下,摄取其正中咬合位时的X线头颅侧位片,使用头影测量软件Dental Studio NX对每个样本的侧位片进行定点、描图、测量分析和统计学处理。结果:男女性软硬组织X线头影测量值的角度类测量项目均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。硬组织测量项目中,男性前面部高和后面部高均大于女性(P<0.01),而软组织测量项目中,男性UL-Sn Pog'、UL-Ep以及颏唇沟深度均比女性大(P<0.05)。结论:临床上分析代表牙颌面各部分结构间相互关系的角度时可以使用男女合并均值作为参考,而在分析线距时,则应区分男女性别,分别选择相应的参考值。该中国年轻成人正常软硬组织X线头影测量正常值标准可用于指导临床。
Objective:To establish the cephalometric norms of Chinese young adults with normal occlusions in the21 th century. Method:72 college students with normal occlusions(21.76 ±2.46 year-old,37 males and 35 females) were selected. Lateral cephalometric radiograph was taken for all the subjects at intercuspal occlusion,and then traced and digitized in the software Dental Studio NX. Independent sample t-test was used to compare the values. Result:No significant difference was observed for any angular measurements of craniofacial structure(P〈0.05). Greater anterior and posterior facial heights were found in males than females(P〈0.01). As for soft tissues,males had a more protrusive upper lip(UL-SnPog' and UL-Ep) and deeper mentolabial sulcus(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The standards of angular measurements can be commonly used in males and females. However,gender differences must be taken into consideration when evaluate the distance measurements of individual patient. The hard and soft tissue values obtained from students with normal occlusions can be used as standards for Chinese young adults in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
