摘要 目的:对比锥形束CT(CBCT)与数字化根尖片(DR)对根折诊断的准确性,评价是根折诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集临床症状怀疑为根折,并最终确诊的患牙50颗。经由两名有临床经验的牙体牙髓科医生及一名放射科医生共同对其DR根尖片和CBCT进行阅片得出诊断结果,比较两种方法在根折诊断上的差异性和准确度。结果:50颗根折患牙,CBCT检出率100%,DR检出率20%。CBCT与DR在根折诊断的准确性上有显著差异。结论:相对于DR,CBCT在根折诊断的准确度上有显著优势。 Objective:To compare the diagnostic accuracy of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)and Digital radiography(DR) for root fracture. Method:Fifty root fracture teeth were included. All of pictures of DR and CBCT were retrospectively assessed by two experienced endodontists and one radiologist to compare the diversity and accuracy of DR and CBCT in the diagnosis of root fracture. Result:In the fifty teeth,the detection rate of CBCT is 100 %,but the detection rate of DR was only 20 %. Significant difference of the diagnostic accuracy of root fracture between CBCT and DR was found. Conclusion:Compared with the DR,CBCT had a significant advantage in the diagnosis of root fracture.
