神经内镜下经双鼻孔入路巨大垂体瘤切除术10例的研究分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨神经内镜下经双鼻孔入路切除垂体巨大腺瘤的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析10例神经内镜下经双鼻孔入路垂体巨大腺瘤切除术病人的手术经验。结果 6例肿瘤全切除,近全切除2例,大部分切除2例。结论经双鼻孔入路内镜下切除巨大垂体腺瘤能够减少严重并发症、缩短手术时间、提高肿瘤全切率。 Objective To investigate the technique and effec of endoscopic resection for giant pituitary adenoma via double-nostril approach. Methods The surgical experience with pituitary adenoma in 25 patients was analyzed retrospectively. Results Total resection of macroadenoma was achieved in 6, subtotal resection in 2, partial resection in 2. Conclusion Pituitary adenoma resection by double-nostril endoscopic approach can decrease serious complications,shorten surgical time and Improve total tumor removal rate.
