尿蛋白、尿β2-MG及尿IgG在特发性膜性肾病预后意义 被引量:3

摘要 特发性膜性肾病(idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IMN)是成人肾病综合征(nephroticsyndrome,NS)最常见的病因[1],近年来,膜性肾病的发病率逐渐增加,而长期的随访研究发现高达30%~50%的患者会在5~10年内进展至终末期肾脏病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)甚至死亡[2-3]。
