探讨如何利用新媒体和互联网网络环境搭建立体化的学习型党组织党建学习平台,探索依托新媒体的学习方式,拓展高校学习型党组织建设的有效途径,以使党员的学习可以随时随地进行,不受时间和空间限制,丰富信息中心学习型党组织的学习内容和学习方式,加强信息中心党支部党建工作的信息化和科学化水平。

This paper discussed how to use new media and internet network environment to build the learning platform for learning type party organization, explored the type of learning that relying on the new media, to expand the effective ways of constructing learning party organization, to make party member can learn whenever and wherever, not subject to time and space constraints, and enriched the learning content and method in learning party organization of information center, strengthened the information level and scientific level of party building work of Party branch in information center.
