基于HORIBA台架的发动机运行边界条件对其性能影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于HORIBA台架系统,以某涡轮增压中冷柴油机为研究对象,进行了发动机台架试验边界条件对柴油机性能指标影响的测试。结果表明:进气温度超过40℃、进气湿度大于70%时,进气条件对发动机扭矩的影响较大;扭矩对湿度的变化不敏感;提高进气温度控制精度可明显改善对扭矩的影响;随着中冷后温度的升高,发动机扭矩值有一定程度的下降,油耗上升;中冷后温度在50℃时性能出现明显下降,中冷后温度的控制精度应高于±5℃;冷却液温度高于85℃时,随着冷却液温度的升高,发动机的扭矩下降而油耗率上升;冷却液温度控制精度在±5℃以内,可保证扭矩控制精度在2%以内。 Based on the HORIBA test-bed system,the test of the influence of boundary conditions on performance of diesel engine was carried out by using a certain turbocharged diesel engine as research object. The results show that: air intake conditions have great influence on engine torque when air temperature exceeds 40 ℃ and air humidity is greater than 70%; torque is not sensitive to the changes in humidity; the effect on torque can be obviously reduced by improving air temperature control precision; with the increase of the air temperature at the intake intercooler outlet,the engine torque is reduced and fuel consumption is increased; engine performance is decreased significantly when the air temperature at the intake intercooler outlet reaches 50 ℃; the control precision of the air temperature at the intake intercooler outlet should be higher than 5 ℃; the engine torque is decreased and the fuel consumption rate is increased with the increase of the coolant temperature under the circumstances of the coolant temperature is higher than 85 ℃; the variation of torque is less than 2% at the condition of the coolant temperature control accuracy is within 5 ℃.
