摘要
利用各类气候舱检测家具中的主要挥发性污染物已愈发成为国际主流,如何利用气候舱的技术特点,尽量模拟并还原家具实际使用的背景环境,就成了所有气候舱检测法需要解决的问题。本文将我国木家具中挥发性有机物检测标准(GB 18584.2.2报批稿)与国际、国外相关标准的各类限量指标与技术参数进行比对,分析其设定依据及推导过程的合理性与科学性,并提出了相应改进建议。
It increasingly becomes international main stream to use kinds of environmental chambers to inspect volatile pollutants in furniture. All kinds of environmental chamber methods need to solve the problem that how to simulate and restore the practical background environment as far as possible in accordance with the technical characteristics. This article compares the pollutants limit and various technical parameters in relevant international and overseas standards with GB 18584.2 and analyses the setting basis and derivation of them, proposing suggestions for improvement.
