本文通过阐述我国农业机械售后服务标准化的现状,基于售后服务特点和顾客需求,提出了农业机械售后服务标准体系的框架及其内容,以期运用标准化手段提升农业机械售后服务水平。

This paper elaborates the present situation of standardization in agricultural machinery after-sales service in China, proposes the framework and content of the standards system of agricultural machinery after-sales service based on the characteristics of after-sales service and customer demand, in order to use standardized means to enhance the agricultural machinery after-sales service.
