摘要
介绍一种基于MSP430微控制器的低功耗直行程智能阀门定位器,设计一种新型非接触阀位检测装置,并应用于直行程阀门定位器,详细分析其硬件系统设计、软件系统设计、关键技术等内容,实现直行程智能阀门定位器的精确控制和自诊定功能。产品定位精度等性能显著提升,产品整体水平具有行业领先优势。系统调试及第三方测试结果表明该智能阀门定位器精度高,动态性能好,符合工业过程控制标准。
This paper int roduces a type of low power straight journey intelligent valve positioner based on MSP430.We designed a new type of non-contact valve position monitoring device,and applied this device to st raight journey valve positioner.This paper analyzes in detail hardware system design,software system design,key technologies and had realized accurate control,self-diagnostic function.The positioning accuracy of valve positioner raised significantly,the technical level of valve positioner has leading advantage.The result of third-party testing show that high positioning accuracy and better dynamic performance of this product,it accord with the industrial process control.
