摘要
研究乙酸乙酯水解的最佳工艺条件,在单因素实验的基础上,选用时间、温度和碱液的体积这3个因素,以乙酸乙酯水解的反应速率常数K值为指标,通过3因素3水平的响应面分析优选乙酸乙酯的水解条件,实验结果表明,当时间为9.5min,温度为75℃,碱液的体积为11m L时,反应速率常数最大且为41.14.
In order to investigate the optimum conditions of hydrolysis of ethyl acetate,based on a single factor experiment,the choice of the volume of time,temperature and alkali of these three factors,ethyl acetate hydrolysis reaction rate constant K index value through 3 factors and three levels of response surface analysis preferably ethyl acetate hydrolysis conditions,the experimental results show that when the time was 9.5min,the temperature is 75℃,the volume is 11 m L lye,the reaction rate constant and is the largest 41.1471.
