摘要 我们选取具有代表性的重金属离子Cu2+和Al3+,以不同的浓度梯度(0.5%、1%、5%的Cu Cl2和Al Cl3溶液)的重金属盐溶液50m L,分三次喷洒盆栽的小麦幼苗,对照组喷洒相同量的蒸馏水.通过撕表皮的方法将叶片制成临时装片,用显微镜观察统计小麦叶片叶尖、叶片中部和叶片根部的气孔密度.结果表明:Cu2+能显著减少叶片的气孔密度,而Al3+却能显著增加气孔密度.同时这一影响在叶尖产生的效果更为敏感.这为受重金属污染的基本农田中小麦的叶片的抗重金属研究领域提供一定的参考. We selected representative heavy metal ions Cu2+and Al3+,with different concentration gradient(0.5%,1%,5% Cu Cl2 and Al Cl3solution) the heavy metal salt solution for 50 m L,three times of spraying potted wheat seedlings,the control group sprayed with the same amount of distilled water. Ripped epidermis method through the blade is made of temporary threading,the stomatal density of statistical tip of wheat leaves,middle leaves and the root of the blade were observed with a microscope. The results showed that Cu2+significantly reduced the stomatal density of leaves,while Al3+ could significantly increase stomatal density. At the same time,the influence on the tip effect is more sensitive. It provides some reference for the research of the heavy metal pollution of wheat in the basic farmland.
