连钱草醇提取物体外抑菌活性的研究

The Study of Antibacterial Activity of Glechoma Alcohol Extraction in Vitro

以枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、肺炎双球菌(Pneumococcus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、核桃中的成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)为供试菌,采用滤纸片法对中草药连钱草的醇提取物进行体外抑菌活性的初步筛选,同时还研究了连钱草与其他两种中草药提取物进行复配对以上供试菌的抑菌效果.实验结果表明:连钱草80%的醇提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌、肺炎双球菌、大肠杆菌具有一定的抑菌效果,而对成团泛菌无抑菌作用,另外,提取物的复配对不同供试菌的抑菌效果具有不同程度的影响.这为进一步研制、开发应用连钱草植物源杀菌剂奠定了一定的基础.

In this paper,Bacillus subtilis,Pneumococcus,Escherichia coli,in walnuts Pantoea agglomerans as the tested bacteria,Using the filter paper method of herbal Glechoma alcohol extracts in vitro antibacterial activity of initial screening,Also studied inhibitory effect of Glechoma with other two herbal extracts pairing in tested bacteria. Experimental results show： Glechoma 80%alcohol extract of Bacillus subtilis and Streptococcus pneumoniae,E. coli has some antibacterial effect,while the Pantoea no inhibitory effect. In addition, the have varying degrees of impact extracts pairing of on the antibacterial effect. This further research,development and application of Glechoma Fungicide lay a certain foundation.
