连花清瘟颗粒治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen granules on hand,foot and mouth disease of children

目的：观察连花清瘟颗粒对儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法：将58例手足口病的患儿分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组28例。治疗组口服连花清瘟颗粒（6 g×10袋×1盒）,对照组口服利巴韦林颗粒（新博林）,3~5 d为1个疗程,观察两组患者皮疹消退时间、退热时间及临床疗效。结果：治疗后治疗组显效率为46.7%,对照组显效率为28.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：连花清瘟颗粒具有良好的广谱抗病毒和抑菌消炎的作用,治疗儿童手足口病疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen granules on children′ s hand,foot and mouth disease. Methods：58 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease were divided into 2 groups,30 cases in treatment group（Lianhua Qingwen granules）,28 cases in the control group（ribavirin granules）. Rash remission,antifebrile time and clinical curative effect were observed. Results：Effective rates of treatment group and control group were respectively 46.7% and 33.3%. Conclusion：Lianhua Qingwen granules have broad-spectrum antiviral effect and good effects of bacteriostasis and anti-inflammatory,and have exact effect on children＇s hand,foot and mouth disease.
