摘要
高等院校就业压力大、学生就业困难等问题逐渐受到社会各界广泛关注,社会各方面对学生就业指导提供很多建设意见,但对于药学生针对性就业的指导工作仍存在部分问题,需进一步研究完善。通过调查江苏省内相关药科类高校毕业生对就业指导的评价,全面分析就业指导教育过程中存在的问题,针对性地提出解决措施,确保实施药学生个性化就业指导,提高药学生主体性的理论认知,实现就业能力和素质的全面提升,增加就业率,提高就业质量。
College students employment pressure,difficult employment has received extensive attention from society,which provides lots of advice with regard to students employment,but still some problems for the pharmacy students targeted employment guidance work,which needs further research to perfect. The authors investigated evaluation of the related pharmaceutical college graduates in Jiangsu province about employment guidance,comprehensively analyzed the problems existing in the process of employment guidance and put forward the pertinence measures to ensure to carry on pharmacy students personalized employment guidance and improve pharmacy students subjectivity theory cognition,which will improve employment ability and quality and increase the employment rate and employment quality.
