摘要
药学创新实验是将药物化学、药物分析、药物制剂、药理学这四个基础实验模块进行科学的整合,按照药物研发的程序进行设计。通过教师引导,学生自主查阅资料、设计实验方案、自主完成实验,体验药物研发的全过程。本课程希望学生了解药物从设计、研发到上市需经过多个系统性的实验,涉及多个学科,旨在培养学生对于药物研发的全局观和基于学科交叉的创新观念。
The Innovative Pharmacy Experiments is the integration of four fundamental experimental modules,including medicinal chemistry,pharmaceutical analysis,pharmaceutics and pharmacology. Based on the guide of teachers,the course involves the whole process of research and development of drugs,such as information consultation,experimental programs design and implement by the students independently. This course introduces the truth that a number of systematic experiments and involvement of multiple disciplines are necessary from drug design and research to the market,aimed to cultivate the overall concept of drug research and innovative ideas of interdisciplinary research.
