摘要
传统的环境监测实验设置并未体现药学类高校环境科学专业的学科特色。以制药企业废水的生化处理工艺参观实践为基础,用制药废水代替原来的普通污水,将独立的化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、生化需氧量(BOD5)实验整合为制药废水的可生化性(BOD_5/COD_(Cr))实验,让学生掌握制药废水可生化性的测定原理与步骤,认识制药废水可生化性及其废水处理作用。课程改革能凸显药学背景下环境科学专业的特色,增加学生的学习热情、专业认知和就业筹码。
The traditional environmental monitoring experiment does not reflect the subject features of pharmaceutical university. On the basis of visiting on the biochemical treatment of waste water in pharmaceutical industry,the traditional wastewater used in former experiment was replaced by pharmaceutical industry wastewater. The separated experiments including chemical oxygen demand( COD_(Cr)) and biological oxygen demand( BOD_5) were combined into one experiment. Students were asked to master the principle and determination method of biodegradability for pharmaceutical industry wastewater,and recognize the biodegradability and its function in the wastewater treatment. The reformation emphasized the features of environmental science in pharmaceutical university,and increased the study enthusiasm,major subject interesting,and possibility of employ.
