The advent of the Internet as a symbol of the information age opens an unprecedented broad prospect for the transformation of traditional agriculture,and also provides a rare opportunity and challenge for those college-graduate village officials who commit to start their own business to make the villagers wealthy.This paper focuses on college-graduate village officials,deeply analyzes various factors that limit the development of their e-business,and illustrates the functions of them in the e-commerce.Besides,it also gives some advices on how to promote the development of college-graduate village officials＇ e-commerce venture.
