摘要
随着反渗透膜法水处理技术的逐渐普及,膜污染问题也日益受到重视,本文主要探讨预处理为传统砂滤与碳滤器的反渗透系统受到活性炭颗粒严重污染时的清洗方法,以期能帮助受此困扰的生产企业解决该问题。通过实践表明,化学清洗结合气水擦洗技术具有可靠的清洗效果。
With the popularization of RO membrane technology in water treatment,much attention has been paid to the fouling of the RO membrane. In order to help the companies solve the membrane fouling problem,this paper mainly discussed the cleaning method of the reverse osmosis system severely contaminated by active carbon particles. And the system always applied common sand and carbon filter as a pretreatment process. Through practice,it was proved that the technology combining chemical cleaning and gas- water scrubbing had good effect.
