摘要
从微纳结构出发,选取与闪蝶呈现出相同色彩的绿带翠凤蝶蝶翅为研究对象,提出一种便于制造的优化设计方法。利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析工具,对绿带翠凤蝶后翅蓝色鳞片结构进行实验研究,对比分析其表面结构和横截面结构,提取结构参数,建立层状和塔状仿真模型,将仿真数据与实际测试数据对比分析,建立一种既能与测试数据相吻合又能节约成本的棱纹状约束模型,为后续仿生微纳结构应用于制造提供理论参考。
Based on the micro-nano structure of Papilio maackii's wings,an optimal design approach was proposed to facilitate manufacture.Structure parameters were obtained by experimental measurement that were contributed to setting up the layered and tower models which were simulated in RsoftCAD.The Rib shape model of optimal structure was designed,comparing the simulated data and the test data,which can provide the reference value for the bionic micro-nano structure applied to the manufacture.
