摘要
为降低工业现场手工拾取物料的劳动强度,提高生产效率,研制一台基于PLC和触摸屏的机器人取件机控制装置。该装置包括机器人水平组件、机器人垂直组件、机器人机座组件。通过控制各组件的回转和升降运动,可将物料从一个位置转移到另一个位置。该装置控制系统实现了物料拾取的自动化,大大降低了生产成本。
In order to reduce the labor intensity of manually material picking up in the industrial field and improve the production efficiency,a control device of pickup robots has been developed based on the PLC and touch screen.The device includes robot horizontal components,robot vertical components,and robot frame components.Materials can be transferred from one place to another by controlling components' rotation and lifting movements.This device has realized the automation of material picking up and also greatly reduced the cost of production.
