一次成型管道防漏施工技术

A once-forming Pipeline Leakage Construction Technology

为彻底解决传统管道穿板易渗漏的质量通病,杜绝或减少楼板渗漏返修几率,降低检修成本,在大量工程实践的基础上,提出一次成型管道防漏施工关键技术。通过改变有水房间穿楼板排水管传统预留孔安装法为管节预埋施工法的思路,研制了穿楼板管道系统定位板和预埋管节固定套栓装置,使预埋管节与楼板混凝土结合密实、不易渗漏,管道承插安装方便,牢固耐久。

In order to solve the quality problems of the traditional pipeline perforation leakage,prevent or reduce the probability of floor leakage repair and reduce the cost of maintenance,an innovative forming a pipeline leak proof construction key technology was proposed based on a large number of engineering practice.By changing the water room through the floor drain pipe installation method for traditional reserved hole pipe pre-buried construction method,the floor pipeline system positioning plate and the fixed sleeve pipe pre-buried bolt device were developed to ensure the buried pipe section and the reinforced concrete slab densely combined and leakage-proof.The results show that the pipe socket is convenient to install,firm,durable,material saving,environmentally friendly,efficient,and of great application prospect.
