介绍了我国目前的压疮评估方法不足的现状,分析了护士压疮风险评估准确性的影响因素,提出了加强系统化培训、引导和监督风险评估能力的实施、促进护患沟通等策略来促进风险评估的准确性,旨在为临床压疮风险的管理提供依据。

It introduced the status quo of deficiency of assessment method of pressure ulcer in China,and analyzed the influencing factors of the accuracy of risk assessment of pressure ulcer.It put forward to strengthen the system of training,guidance and supervision of the implementation of risk assessment,promote nurse-patient communication and other strategies to promote the accuracy of risk assessment,so as to provide clues for the management of clinical pressure ulcer risk.
