摘要
以大疱表皮松解症"创面床准备"为基础,从创面管理步骤包括有效清洁创面病灶、合理选用湿性敷料以及预防并发症等方面综述了先天性大疱表皮松解症患儿的创面护理管理研究现状,不同类型的大疱表皮松解症患儿适用的湿性敷料和注意事项各不相同,认为药物和非药物干预方法的疼痛、瘙痒管理也是护理的重点。
It reviewed the research status quo of wound care of children with congenital epidermolysis bullosa（EB）,based on epidermolysis bullosa＂wound bed preparation＂（WBP）from the wound management steps including the effective cleaning of the wound,the reasonable choice of wet dressing and the prevention of complications and so on.The wet dressings and matters needing attention suitable for the different types of EB patients were not the same,it thought that drug and non drug intervention methods of pain and itching management were nursing important points.
