摘要
[目的]构建符合中医医院发展需求的初级职称护理人员中医护理培训评估体系。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷咨询表,选取中医药大学中医护理教育者、中医院护理管理、中医临床护理专家共20名进行德尔菲专家咨询法调查,以柯氏模型为导向构建符合中医医院发展需求的初级职称护理人员中医护理培训评估体系。[结果]经过两轮咨询后确定的评估体系中,一级指标4项、二级指标11项、三级指标34项;两轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为91.7%及83.3%,专家权威系数为0.764,一级、二级、三级指标的专家肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.144,0.214,0.208(P<0.05)。[结论]本研究专家积极性、权威程度、协调程度均较高,确立了包括一级指标4项、二级指标11项、三级指标34项的中医医院初级职称护理人员中医护理培训评估体系。
Objective:To construct the TCM nursing training evaluation system for primary title of nursing personnel,which was suitable for the development needs of TCM hospital.Methods:The self-designed questionnaire form were adopted,and 20 TCM nursing educaters from TCM university,TCM nursing managers,TCM clinical nursing specialist were selected for survey.It constructed the TCM nursing training evaluation system for primary title of nursing personnel fitting development needs of the TCM hospitals according to the Ke's model.Results:The evaluation system consisted of 4first class indicators,11 second class indicators and 34 third class indicaters after two rounds of consultation.The experts' positivity coefficient in the two rounds was 91.7% and83.3%respectively.The experts' authority coefficient was 0.764.The experts' Kendall harmonious coefficients in the first,second and third indicators were 0.144,0.214,0.208respectively(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In this study,the experts' positivity,authority and coordination of TCM were higher.It established the TCM nursing training evaluation system for primary title of nursing personnel in TCM hospitals,which included 4first class indicators,11 second class indicators and 34 third class indicators.
