Advances in targeted therapy for small cell lung cancer

摘要 小细胞肺癌是严重威胁人类健康与生命的疾病。现阶段局限期患者治疗主要是放化疗联合治疗,广泛期患者主要靠化疗。尽管患者可能在治疗初期对放化疗较为敏感,但是患者极易在较短时间内产生多药耐药。因而,寻找小细胞肺癌治疗新的靶点至关重要。本文主要概述此前发表过的关于小细胞肺癌基因组学的研究,以及已经结束或者正在进行的以基因组学研究为基础的临床试验。简述小细胞肺癌潜在的治疗靶点。 Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is a malignant disease that seriously threatens human life and health.The standard treatment for SCLC is concurrent chemoradiation for LD(limited disease)and chemotherapy alone for ED(extensive disease).SCLC is sensitive to chemoradiation in the initial phase but soon becomes multi-drug-resistant.Therefore,there is an urgent need for well-defined and effective therapeutic targets to treat SCLC.Because of the difficulty in obtaining suitable tumor samples,the molecular profiling of SCLC is challenging.The present review provides an overview of genetic research on SCLC and clinical trials that have concluded or that are underway.This article summarizes the potential therapeutic targets of SCLC.
