国内外包虫病防治和研究进展

Advances in echinococcosis prevention and control programs and research in China and elsewhere around the world

包虫病(Echinococcosis)是由棘球绦虫幼虫引起的人兽共患寄生虫病,已成为全球重要的公共卫生问题。自19世纪60年代起,各国陆续开展了包虫病防治项目和防治研究,均取得较好成果。本文主要介绍各国包虫病防治案例,总结消除或控制包虫病国家(地区)的防治经验,为完善我国包虫病防治策略提供参考。

Echinococcosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by the larval stages of cestodes belonging to the genus Echinococcus,and echinococcosis has become a major public health problem worldwide.Since the 1860 s,many countries have carried out echinococcosis prevention and control programs and research and they have made considerable advances.This article discusses examples of effective prevention and control and it summarizes the experiences of countries or areas that have eliminated or controlled echinococcosis,providing a reference for improved echinococcosis prevention and control strategies in China.
