病毒感染免疫检验的研究进展

Research progress of virus infection immunity test

病毒感染免疫检验对疾病诊断、预防接种及治疗、发病机制的判断等具有非常重要的作用。由于免疫检验不仅能够明确待检物病毒类型,且对特定抗体浓度也可进行测定,因此它在病毒检验中占据着非常重要的地位。本研究基于早期病毒检验技术到新兴病毒检验技术的变更,对病毒感染免疫检验的研究进展进行了分析,以期对病毒检验技术的改进有所帮助。

Virus infection immunity test plays a very important role in disease diagnosis, vaccination and treatment, judgment of pathogenesis. Immune test can not only determine the virus type of analyte, and it can be used for the determination of spe- cific antibody concentration, so it occupies a very important position in virus testing. This study is based on the change from early virus detection technology to new virus detection technology, analysis of the research progress of virus infection immunity test, in order to improve the virus detection technology.
