摘要目的:探讨安脱达尘螨疫苗治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法:对50例变应性鼻炎患者行安脱达特异性免疫治疗,对治疗前及治疗后1年、1.5年的症状、体征评分,评价疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后评分较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义,无严重不良反应发生。结论:安脱达尘螨疫苗是一种安全有效、针对病因的治疗变应性鼻炎的方法。 Objective：To evaluate the the efficacy and safety of specific immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis. Methods.. 50 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis（PAR）patients received specific immunotherapy. Their symptoms, signs, efficacy were scored before and 1 and 1.5 year after treatment. Results： There was significant difference of the score between before and after treatmen. The score of after treatmen was significantly lower than before. Conclusion：Specific immunotherapy is a effective and safe meth- od on allergic rhinitis.
