摘要
为了节约生产流通成本,改善物流质量,设计了基于S7-300 PLC控制器的卷烟托盘检测控制系统。该系统通过托盘的RFID电子标签读、写和托盘外形检测,完成托盘破损的检测、分拣回收和数据管理,具有检测频率快、检测精度高、自动化程度高、模块化设计、集成度高的优点。
Aiming at lower production and distribution costs,higher quality of logistics,a detective and control system of cigarette pallet is proposed,which is based on S7-300 PLC controller. The system facilitates pallet detection,sorting recycle and data management by pallet RFID electronic tags reading,writing and profile detection. It has advantages of high frequency,high precision,high automation,modular design and high integration.
