摘要
针对原有聚合物浓度测定方法不再能满足新型疏水缔合聚合物的注入、产出液的浓度测定,从而影响疏水缔合聚合物的室内评价及现场应用分析。经过资料调研,发现导数光谱法在进行物质分析方面优势明显,特别在消除背景干扰方面优势突出。为此,将紫外分光光度仪中的导数功能应用于疏水缔合聚合物注入、产出液的浓度测定。对其测定技术参数(波长范围、导数阶数、取样间隔)进行了优选实验,并对影响因素进行了初步分析。实验结果发现导数紫外光谱法具有测量精度高、操作简单、无毒等优点。
The original method can't meet the requirements of concentration determination any more for the injected and produced fluids of new hydrophobic association polymer, thus impacting the lab evaluation and field application analysis. According to data research, it is found that derivative spectrometry has significant advantages in material analyzing, especially in eliminating background interference. Therefore, the UV spectrophotometry with the function of derivative is applied to this determination. Optimization experiment has been carried out for the technical parameters(i.e.wavelength range, derivative order, and sampling interval). Moreover, influencing factors are analyzed preliminarily.
