页岩气勘探开采技术的中国专利申请态势分析

Patent Application Situation of Shale Gas Exploration and Development Technology in China

为大力推动我国页岩气资源的勘探开发,以我国专利检索系统文摘数据库(CPRSABS)为数据源,对截至2015年年底的页岩气勘探开采技术相关中国专利的申请态势就申请量年度变化趋势、申请人地域分布、重要申请人的申请变化趋势及申请技术布局进行分析,结果表明国内申请人申请专利的意愿逐年提升,专利布局意识不断加强,国内申请人在中国专利申请上已逐渐占据主导地位,但在页岩气开采技术的研发和攻关上还需进一步加强。

to greatly promote the exploration and development of shale gas resources in China, taking CPRSABS as the data source, the paper analyzes the situation of application of patents related to shale gas exploration and development technology up to2015 from the aspects of annual variation trend of application volume, areal distribution of applicants, application change trend of important applicants and technology layout of application. Analysis results show that the awareness of patent application of Chinese applicants increases year by year, the patent portfolio awareness is enhanced gradually and domestic patent applicants gradually take a leading role in Chinese patent application. However, the research and achievement on shale gas development technology need to be further improved.
