摘要 20世纪70年代以来,随着人们生活水平的提高,各种不良的饮食习惯层出不穷,而碳酸饮料的流行就是其中之一。研究表明,碳酸饮料不仅与目前流行的肥胖呈正相关,还与许多疾病的发生发展密切相关,如代谢综合征、糖尿病、血脂代谢紊乱等,而这些均是心血管疾病发生发展过程中重要的危险因素。目前,碳酸饮料饮用量的增加与心血管疾病患病率增加的相关性已成为备受重视和争议的公共卫生问题。本篇综述从碳酸饮料的成分出发,介绍长期大量饮用后对人体的危害性,并从病理和生理方面分析其可能的原因,指导人们纠正不良的饮食习惯。 Since the 1970 s, with the improvement of people's living standard, all kinds of bad eating habits was emerged in endlessly, and the popularity of carbonated beverage was one of them. Studies have shown that carbonated beverage is not only closely relative with the current epidemic of obesity, and also many disease development, such as metabolic syndrome, diabetes, blood lipid metabolic disorder, which are important risk factors in the process of development of cardiovascular disease(CVD). At present, the relevance of the increasedly carbonated beverage consumption and increased cardiovascular disease's prevalence has become the important and controversial public health problem. Starting from the composition of carbonated beverage, this review introduces the harm of human body after drinking a large amount for a long time, and analyzes its possible reasons from the aspects of pathology and physiology, and guides people to correct bad eating habits.
