PDCA循环在提高高血压性脑出血呼吸囊抢救技能中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle model on respiratory capsule technique training in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨PDCA循环对规范使用呼吸囊产生的效果。方法 2012年1月成立质改小组,对以往82例高血压性脑出血呼吸囊抢救病例中存在的问题进行分析、整改、培训、情节演练,并将整改方法应用于呼吸囊抢救中。结果经过实施PDCA循环后,护理人员的呼吸囊配备正确率上升26.8%,清理呼吸道正确率上升9.7%,打开气道手法正确率上升15.9%,挤压呼吸囊频率及潮气量正确率上升12.2%,双人CPR时呼吸囊挤压与胸外按压之比正确率上升35.3%(P均<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环显著提高了脑外科护士呼吸囊使用的规范性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA on respiratory capsule technique training. Methods Quality reform group was established in January 2012. Following the PDCA cycle model, a training plan was made on analyzing 82 cases of respiratory capsule related emergency rescue in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Lecture based learning,technique training and situational teaching were used in different cycles on reassessment. Results Through management PDCA, accuracy of breathing bag preparation rose 26.8%, accuracy of respiratory tract cleaning rose 9.7%, accuracy of airway opening technique rose 15.9%, accuracy of extrusion respiratory capsule and ventilation tidal volume rose 12.2%, and the accuracy of rate of chest compression and extrusion respiratory capsule increased sig nificantly rose 35.3%. The chi-square tested, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle model is helpful on respiratory capsule technique training in neurosurgery.
