中药足浴联合穴位注射干预糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效评价

Clinical curative effect of foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection intervention in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨中药足浴联合穴位注射干预糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择2013年5月～2015年6月在我院住院治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者95例，采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组48例及对照组47例。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后右胫神经及左胫神经的MCV、SCV与中医证候积分情况。结果观察组的总有效率为93．75％。显著高于对照组的85．11％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。两组治疗后右胫神经及左胫神经的MCV、SCV与治疗前比较明显升高（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后的右胫神经及左胫神经的MCV、SCV明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后证候积分与治疗前比较均显著下降（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后的证候积分明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论糖尿病周围神经病变采用中药足浴联合穴位注射干预方法，可缓解其临床症状，使得胫神经传导速度明显提高，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection intervention in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From May 2013 to June 2015, a total of 95 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group with 48 cases and the control group with 47 cases. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and the MCV, SCV and TCM syndrome score of right anterior tibial nerve and left tibial nerve were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 85.11% of control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the right tibial nerve and left tibial nerve MCV, SCV in the two groups were all significantly increased compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）; the right tibial nerve and left tibial nerve MCV, SCV of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment the symptom score in the two groups all had decreased significantly compared with before treatment; and the symptom score in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diabetic peripheral neuropathy by foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection intervention can alleviate the clinical symptoms, the tibial nerve conduction velocity increase, it is worth of clinical application.
