摘要创新是一个国家和民族经济发展的不竭动力,实施创新驱动是我国经济结构供给侧改革的重要目标之一,而创新型企业是落实创新驱动发展战略的根本力量。本文以创新理论和创新型企业理论为依托,以美国通用电气公司的发展历史为实证依据,通过分析美国通用电气公司创新机制的演进,探析其创新机制的运行原理和独有特征等,以期对我国创新型企业培养和国家创新体系建设、落实创新驱动发展战略等提供参考。 Innovation is the inexhaustible driving force for national economic development and implementing the Innovation- Driven Strategy is the main purpose of China＇s supply- side reform of economic structure. Innovative enterprise is the fundamental power for implementing the Innovation- Driven Strategy. Based on the theories of innovation and innovative enterprises,drawing from General Electric Company＇ s historical development the empirical evidences,this paper makes an investigation on the evolution of the innovating mechanism of GE,exploring the basic principle and unique characteristics of GE＇s innovating mechanism,which could supply historical references for China＇s cultivating innovative enterprises,constructing the National Innovation System and implementing the innovation- driven strategy.
