摘要
随着通信系统业务量的不断增加,业务种类配置、资源分配策略以及参数设置的时效性已经成为影响通信系统质量的重要因素。文章通过对信息资源管理平台的设计,将信道资源占有情况进行合理统筹,实现信息资源数字化和多业务协同工作,达到资源共享的目的,进而提高通信系统的效率和质量。
With the increasing of traffic volume of communication system, the traffic type configuration, resource allocation policy and parameter setting timeliness has become an important factor affecting the quality of communication system. In this paper designs an information resource management platform to implement reasonable coordination of channel resource occupancy, information resources digitalization and multi-traffic collaboration, for resource sharing and efficiency and quality improvement in communication system.
