小波分析在铁矿石交货批在线粒度结果偏析的研究

Study of result 's segregation of determination on line of size for iron ore of a lot with wavelet analysis

利用小波分析的趋势分析功能,对铁矿石交货批粒度的在线检测中每个份样的结果进行时序分析,观察交货批每个粒级的粒度变化趋势,然后根据各粒级粒度变换趋势分析铁矿石装卸过程中的粒度偏析,从而为尽可能避免粒度结果的偏析提出相应的方法。

By use of trendline of wavelet analysis, the results of determination on line of size of every increment were analyzed, the changing trend of size of every level of a lot was observed. Than the segregation of determination on line of size during loading or unloading of iron ore was analyzed according to the changing trend of size, in order to the method is put forward to avoid segregation of result of size.
