瑶医脐药疗法对产后康复产妇生活质量影响

Effect of Yao navel medication on life quality of postpartum women

目的:探讨脐药疗法对初产后康复及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2015年3月至10月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院产科产妇160例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例。对照组产后采用产科常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上瑶药脐药疗法,比较两组产妇生活质量。结果:观察组生活质量评分,护理满意度高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:瑶药脐药疗法配合常规护理可提高产妇产后生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of Yao Navel Medication on the life quality of postpartum women. Methods： 160 postpartum women admitted in the Affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to October 2015 were chosen and divided evenly into two groups using the random number table, i.e. the Observation Group and the Control Group. Routine maternity nursing only was used for the Control Group, and the combination of routine maternity nursing and Yao Navel Medication was used for the Observation Group. The life quality of both groups was compared. Results： In respect of life quality scoring, the Observation Group had a significantly higher satisfaction as compared with the Control Group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Routine maternity nursing combined with Yao Navel Medication can increase the life quality and nursing satisfaction of postpartum women.
