摘要
研究了TD-LTE/LTE FDD/WCDMA/GSM融合组网下的互操作策略,通过优选TD-LTE并开启LTE FDD和TD-LTE之间的负载均衡来充分利用LTE网络资源。在LTE/WCDMA/GSM同覆盖区域,LTE仅配置与WCDMA的互操作以提供最优的用户体验,并提出了开启WCDMA基于状态转换重定向至LTE功能以加速用户回到LTE。同时在无WCDMA覆盖区域,采用LTE FDD和GSM的多模基站进行部署来节约网络建设投资,并给出了该部署场景下CSFB至GSM的优化方案和性能。
The interworking strategy of TD-LTE/LTE FDD/WCDMA/GSM hybrid networking is investigated. TD-LTE optimization strategy and load balancing between LTE FDD and TD-LTE were used to make full use of LTE network resources. When LTE,WCDMA and GSM system were co-located,only the interworking configuration strategy between LTE and WCDMA was suggested to ensure user best experience. Redirection to LTE based on WCDMA state transition was advised to reduce the time that user returned to LTE. Finally,when there is no WCDMA coverage,LTE FDD and GSM multi-mode based station was suggested to deploy to save the investment costs in the construction of the network. And prioritization scheme and performance of CSFB to GSM were also investigated.
