摘要
首先介绍了中国联通线上营销渠道的现状,分析了线上渠道存在的问题,根据线上渠道发展策略,提出了线上营销综合渠道解决方案,即建设线上渠道策略平台。以用户上网行为等大数据为基础,重点研究的线上营销综合渠道策略平台。最后通过对线上营销综合渠道策略平台的应用实践进行验证,初步形成了运营商自有线上渠道营销体系,实现各省自有线上渠道的统一运营,实现了根据用户分组、分时、分产品、分渠道的精准服务能力。
It first introduces the current situation of China Unicom online marketing channel,analyzes the existing problems. According to the online channel development strategy,it put forward a comprehensive online marketing channel solution,that is,the construction of online channel strategy platform. It focuses on the research of online marketing channel strategy platform based on user behavior and other big data. Finally,through the verification of the application of online marketing channel strategy platform,the operators online channel marketing system is initially formed,to achieve the unified operation of the provinces own online channels,to achieve the accurate service capabilities based on user grouping,sub time,sub products and sub channels.
