为了对高校教师及工作人员的工作情况进行综合评价,本文应用模糊数学方法,建立了对高校教职工进行评价的模糊综合评价系统,并开发了相关软件。在设计评价软件时,评价对象,评价因素及评价权重,都可以由用户自行定义,使软件既可以用于高校教职工的评价也可以用于对其它自然现象或社会经济现象综合评价。本文以高校教师评价作为分析案例,进行了实际分析与研究。

In order to carry on the synthesis of the work of the university teachers and staff, in this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is set up for the evaluation of university faculty. In order to facilitate the use of the software,the software is developed. The evaluation object, the evaluation factor and the weight are defined by the user.
