摘要髓源性抑制细胞（Myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs）是一群未成熟,异质性的细胞群体,由髓系前体细胞组成。在小鼠,MDSCs共表达髓样细胞谱系分化抗原Gr1和CD11b,其中Gr1又包括Ly6G和Ly6C两个亚型,因此MDSCs可分为两种亚群：粒细胞型MDSCs-CD11b^＋Ly6G^＋Ly6C^low和单核细胞型MDSCs-CD11b^＋Ly6G^-Ly6C^high。
